i installed it but it keep the light on only momentarily after i press the start button. I’ve tried just about everythin, and nothin seems to work. Even when i’m video recording, the flash starts just for an instant and then stops, despite me activating the led in video mode. Please help!

This automatically saves as a zip to my memory card in downloads. Can only see there and when i try and open says Unable to open. File type not supported. Can anyone help?
